Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated paralegal to join our Wealth Protection team at Simpson Judge Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients and third parties to gather initial instructions and ensure seamless communication.
  • Prepare and manage HMRC and Court documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist with client satisfaction and billing, maintaining a high level of professionalism and expertise.
  • Manage estate accounts and general client budgets, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
  • Document control and record-keeping, maintaining accurate records and files on our case management system.
  • Provide sensitive and sympathetic support to clients, understanding their unique needs and circumstances.
  • Process financial transactions and pay invoices on behalf of clients, ensuring timely and secure payment.
  • Record all time on the file, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
