About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage and Protection Specialist to join our team at Spicerhaart. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating and maintaining client relationships, maximizing in-branch opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business
  • Follow up on in-branch leads generated by the Estate Agency team
  • Generate your own leads and business
  • Work in tandem with the Estate Agency team, Admin team, Training and Development team, Compliance team, and Divisional Sales Director
  • Provide exceptional client care and experience

Requirements:

  • CeMAP qualification or equivalent
  • Experience of Mortgage and Protection Advising
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK
  • Evidence of right to work in the UK
  • Proof of Address
  • National Insurance
  • Full UK Driving Licence

What We Offer:

  • On target earnings of £40,000 to £60,000+ per year
  • Fully uncapped commission scheme
  • £22,000 - £28,000 Basic salary (dependent on experience)
  • Guaranteed monthly payments whilst building a pipeline, for up to 6 months

Working Hours:

  • Full time office based
  • Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18:00
  • Alternate Saturdays 09:00 - 17:00
  • Day off in lieu when working a Saturday

Essential Requirements:

  • CeMAP qualification or equivalent
  • Experience of Mortgage and Protection Advising
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK
  • Evidence of right to work in the UK
  • Proof of Address
  • National Insurance
  • Full UK Driving Licence
