About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage and Protection Broker to join our team at NRG Resourcing Ltd. As a Mortgage and Protection Broker, you will be responsible for providing whole-of-market mortgage advice to clients, helping them secure the best mortgage product for their situation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer whole-of-market mortgage advice tailored to each client's needs and financial circumstances.
  • Receive pre-qualified, booked-in appointments, allowing you to focus on advising clients.
  • Post-submission support will be handled by a dedicated administration team, enabling you to focus on building relationships and driving results.
What We Offer
  • Location: Office-based in Chester or Rhyl
  • Salary: up to £30k basic
  • Commission: 15% uncapped & Annual Bonus
  • Leads & Support: All pre-qualified leads and appointments provided, along with dedicated case management support.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Mortgage and Protection Broker
  • Strong track record of mortgage and protection sales.
  • Whole-of-market mortgage advice experience is essential.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Professional, punctual, and well-presented with a self-motivated and proactive approach.
