Our client, a top-performing firm near Chester, is seeking ambitious professionals to join their team as Mortgage and Protection Advisors. This hybrid role offers the perfect blend of face-to-face and remote work, with advisers coming into the office once or twice a week.

As a Mortgage and Protection Advisor, you will be part of a directly authorised, fees-free financial services firm with a strong reputation for excellence. With a team of 14 and a growing client base, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of customers, advising them on Mortgages, Life Assurance, Private Medical Insurance, Business Protection & GI.

What sets this role apart is the potential for further income streams through referrals to solicitors, will writers, and an in-house IFA partner for investment and pensions business. The company's leads come from introducers and affiliate groups, ensuring a steady flow of clients without the need for online advertising.

The commission split is a simple 50/50 basis, and with a genuinely high OTE, you can expect to earn between £50,000 and £75,000 or more, depending on your performance. This is a self-employed role, offering the freedom and flexibility to manage your own workload and achieve your earning potential.
