About the Role

As a Mortgage and Protection Adviser, you will be responsible for handling client enquiries and managing the advice process from start to finish. You will also be expected to follow up on leads promptly and maximize opportunities to convert referrals from local professional contacts.

You will be responsible for building and nurturing lasting relationships with clients who value quality service. This will involve engaging in business development and advertising to generate your own leads, supported by an existing client base and organic referrals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Handle client enquiries and manage the advice process from start to finish.
  • Lead Conversion: Follow up on leads promptly and maximize opportunities to convert referrals from local professional contacts.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients who value quality service.
  • Proactive Development: Engage in business development and advertising to generate your own leads, supported by an existing client base and organic referrals.
