About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Service Manager to join our team at Porsche Centre Glasgow. As a key member of our Management Team, you will be responsible for leading our Aftersales Team and driving retail hours and profitability within the department. You will work closely with our Service Manager to oversee the team of Service Advisors and ensure that every customer receives an outstanding experience. Your attention to detail and leadership skills will be essential in driving the team to deliver exceptional results on a daily basis.
About You
Previous experience in a similar role within the motor industry is essential, as is strong technical knowledge. You will be able to work in a high-pressure environment and possess fantastic leadership skills to drive the team to deliver the very best results. Your ability to form relationships with customers and work closely with all departments within the business will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities
* Lead the Aftersales Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
