At our company, we're seeking a talented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team. With a strong background in BI tools like PowerBI and QuickSight, you'll be responsible for developing interactive dashboards and reports to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and maintain insightful dashboards and reports to visualise key metrics and trends.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  3. Analyse data to ensure accuracy and completeness of information, and optimise data queries and pipelines using SQL.
  4. Interpret data, analyse results, and provide actionable insights to support business objectives and initiatives.
  5. Ensure data quality and integrity across databases and reporting platforms.

Requirements:
  1. Previous experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role.
  2. Proven experience in PowerBI and QuickSight with a strong portfolio showcasing dashboard development skills.
  3. Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
  4. Hands-on experience with AWS Redshift or similar cloud-based data warehousing solutions.
  5. Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex analysis results clearly.
