Job Overview:

We are seeking a Community Health Educator to join our team at Windsor Forest Colleges Group. This role involves delivering high-quality teaching programs on Level 2 and 3 Health and Social Care curriculum, as well as providing pastoral support to students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions on Health and Social Care subjects
  • Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback
  • Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate records
  • Contribute to outreach and liaison work, promoting the college's reputation

Requirements:

  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • An endorsed teaching qualification or willingness to obtain one
  • Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths
  • Experience in teaching BTEC Health & Social Care and providing pastoral support

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive access to excellent defined benefit pension schemes, generous non-term time holiday entitlement, and a range of other benefits.
