Job Summary

This role involves working with people with disabilities to encourage independence and choice. You will assess residents for adaptations and provide equipment to support independence.

Main Responsibilities
  • Undertaking carer's assessments and reviews.
  • Maintaining accurate case records and written reports.
  • Providing guidance on Occupational Therapy service provision.
  • Maintaining effective working relationships across services.
Essential Requirements
  • Experience in customer care and working with older or disabled individuals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
