Senior Credit Risk Manager

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Credit Risk Manager to join our team at Together, a leading property finance expert with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. As a key member of our credit risk management team, you will play a critical role in shaping our credit risk standards and policies, ensuring the effective delivery of our operating plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain credit risk standards and policies, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with policy owners and operational stakeholders to identify areas of change and implement policy, process, and operational changes related to credit risk management.
  • Own the policy adherence reporting and ad-hoc analysis, providing timely and accurate monthly and quarterly reports and updates.
  • Ensure the suite of operational process documents are designed efficiently to deliver all relevant policies and support the amendment of operational processes as policies are updated.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience within a credit granting environment.
  • People management experience.
  • Experience of being part of change initiatives and projects.
  • Experience of working with influencing and senior stakeholders.
