We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Risk Manager to join our team at Together. As a key member of our credit risk management function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing credit risk standards and policies, as well as overseeing the first line of defence's policy adherence framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain credit risk standards and policies, ensuring they are aligned with regulatory requirements and the company's risk appetite.
  • Oversee the first line of defence's policy adherence framework, ensuring that all credit-related controls are in place and effective.
  • Collaborate with policy owners and operational stakeholders to identify areas of change and implement policy, process, and operational changes related to credit risk management.
  • Own the policy adherence reporting and ad-hoc analysis, providing timely and accurate monthly and quarterly reports and updates.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in a credit granting environment, with a proven track record of developing and implementing credit risk policies and procedures.
  • People management experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Experience of working with change initiatives and projects, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
