Senior Credit Risk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Risk Manager to join our team at https://jobs-redefined.co/sitemap. As a Senior Credit Risk Manager, you will be responsible for developing and adhering to credit risk standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the first line of defence's policy adherence framework, utilizing existing processes and data sources and building new components as necessary.
  2. Liaise closely with policy owners and operational stakeholders, proactively identifying areas of change that are required to support the effective delivery of the operating plan.
  3. Own the policy adherence reporting and ad-hoc analysis, providing timely and accurate monthly and quarterly reports and updates.
  4. Liaise closely with the first line of defence operational teams on strategic process change and the identification of opportunities for improving customer outcomes.
  5. Ensure the suite of operational process documents are designed efficiently in order to deliver all relevant policies and support the amendment of operational processes as policies are updated.
Requirements
  1. Strong Communication skills, both Verbal and Written.
  2. Experience within a credit granting environment.
  3. People Management experience.
  4. Experience of being part of change initiatives and projects.
  5. Experience of working with influencing and senior stakeholders.
