Senior Credit Risk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Risk Manager to join our team at https://jobs-redefined.co/sitemap. As a Senior Credit Risk Manager, you will be responsible for developing and adhering to credit risk standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the first line of defence's policy adherence framework, utilizing existing processes and data sources and building new components as necessary.
- Liaise closely with policy owners and operational stakeholders, proactively identifying areas of change that are required to support the effective delivery of the operating plan.
- Own the policy adherence reporting and ad-hoc analysis, providing timely and accurate monthly and quarterly reports and updates.
- Liaise closely with the first line of defence operational teams on strategic process change and the identification of opportunities for improving customer outcomes.
- Ensure the suite of operational process documents are designed efficiently in order to deliver all relevant policies and support the amendment of operational processes as policies are updated.
- Strong Communication skills, both Verbal and Written.
- Experience within a credit granting environment.
- People Management experience.
- Experience of being part of change initiatives and projects.
- Experience of working with influencing and senior stakeholders.
