Empowering Learners with Additional Needs

We are recruiting highly motivated SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team in supporting pupils with diverse needs in an inclusive school environment.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to deliver tailored support to primary aged pupils with Autism, physical difficulties, sensory needs, and communication challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support individuals with additional needs in educational settings.
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans in collaboration with teachers.
  • Assist with behavioral management and de-escalation techniques.

Remuneration: The estimated annual salary is £25,000 - £35,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

Contract Information:
