About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the educational and personal development of primary aged pupils with a range of additional needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to pupils with additional needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement learning plans that cater to diverse pupil needs.
  • Use positive behavioral management strategies to promote student engagement and well-being.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with additional needs.
  • Qualifications in relevant fields such as special education, psychology, or youth work.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
