SEN Teaching Assistant

CER Education Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at an SEN school in Middlesbrough. As a key member of the support staff, you will work closely with teachers and other professionals to provide assistance to students with special educational needs.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children or adults with special educational needs and be able to build strong relationships with students quickly. A bonus scheme is in place for referrals and sign-ons, offering uncapped rewards for successful recommendations.
