The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching and learning, and have a strong commitment to providing individualized support to pupils with SEND.
- Designing and delivering engaging lessons that meet the needs of pupils with challenging behaviour.
- Providing emotional support to pupils with SEND.
- Working collaboratively with other staff members to develop and implement school policies.
- Experience of teaching children with challenging behaviour and SEND.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Estimated salary: £49,250 per year (approximately £212 per day).
