Job Title: Cluster Hotel Sales Manager

Novotel Manchester Centre and Ibis 96 Portland Street are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cluster Hotel Sales Manager to join their team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a proactive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share for the two hotels. This will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating contracts to achieve sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including corporate and leisure accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts to achieve sales objectives
  • Participate in tradeshows, conventions, and promotional events to promote the hotels and build relationships with potential clients
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, including contact details, business opportunities, and sales performance
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in hospitality or corporate sales
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Knowledge and awareness of the Manchester marketplace
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a dynamic and self-motivated approach to challenges
