About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Cluster Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth across our hotels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with General Managers and Regional General Managers to create and implement a cohesive sales strategy for the hotels.
  • Work with the central Revenue and Marketing departments to align sales activity with group-wide campaigns and strategies.
  • Ensure robust sales planning at the hotel for the corporate market and key holiday periods throughout the year.
  • Oversee and manage the hotel's social media presence, using messaging to create awareness of the hotels and their offerings.
  • Develop and implement sales activities to deliver against agreed hotel targets.

Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a sales-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have:

Strong industry contacts and the ability to leverage these to achieve sales goals.Commercial acumen and the ability to think through sales strategies to drive profit.Excellent IT skills, including the ability to produce and analyze sales reports and data.Able to travel regularly for the role, including overnight stays.
