About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our engineering team in Banbury. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.

You will have excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills, coupled with a strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of process and electrical controls. Regular travel to other UK sites and internationally is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting scope of work, preliminary budgets, project schedules, detailed cost estimates, equipment specifications, drawings, and sketches.
  • Managing projects keenly to deliver a project on time, within budget, and of great quality.
  • Developing engineering applications that enhance capacity, productivity, and technology for manufacturing, packaging, and distribution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • Management, engineering, and project management experience.
  • AutoCAD experience.
  • Excellent communication skills; must be fluent in English at a Technical level.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is between £55,000 to £72,000 per annum depending on skills and experience. Benefits include a pension with 6% contributions, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, 2 x salary death in service benefit, health care cash plan, and many others.
