Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Tesco Partners. As a Duty Pharmacy Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing our pharmacy team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to ensure the smooth operation of the pharmacy.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and services, including the delivery of NHS and private services.
- Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager to lead, train, and develop colleagues.
- Build relationships with Primary Care Networks and GPs' surgeries to enhance our services and improve patient outcomes.
- Ensure accurate payment claims for NHS-covered items and maintain accurate records.
- Pharmacy degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and willing to undergo a DBS check.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong business acumen and ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
