About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Tesco Partners. As a Duty Pharmacy Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing our pharmacy team to deliver exceptional patient care and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to ensure the smooth operation of the pharmacy.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Ensure accurate and timely dispensing of prescriptions and provision of healthcare advice to customers.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Pharmacy degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Proven experience in a pharmacy management role, with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, customers, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the pharmacy and our customers.
