Vibe Recruit is a reputable recruitment agency supporting an international corporation in finding a skilled Senior Accounts Assistant. This role presents an opportunity to work within a collaborative team environment and report directly to the Accounts Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process Account Payable, including commissions payable, with accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Manage Account Receivable transactions, ensuring timely and precise allocation of cash.
  3. Perform complex account reconciliations with high precision, identifying any discrepancies or errors.
  4. Resolve queries promptly and effectively, providing excellent customer service.
  5. Liaise with internal departments to ensure accuracy of claims related to data and information, maintaining confidentiality when necessary.
  6. Provide timely reporting of data to senior management, facilitating informed decision-making.
  7. Undertake other ad-hoc accounting duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

The ideal candidate will possess a high level of accuracy, analytical skills, and the ability to manage their workload with minimal supervision. A relevant experience in cash allocation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, complex reconciliations, and a high level of accuracy would be advantageous.
