Located in Brazil, we are seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Strategist to oversee the financial management of our Brazilian office. The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $360,000 USD.

About the Role

This is a high-profile opportunity for a seasoned financial professional to drive strategic growth and excellence in our Brazilian operations. As Chief Financial Strategist, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive financial reporting, ensuring compliance with ITW policies and procedures, and providing business support to various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Lead month-end reporting, financial analysis, and variance reporting against actuals.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Implement and maintain effective control procedures, ensuring adherence to ITW Policies and Procedures.
  • Forecasting and Strategy: Develop and present forecasts, analyzing variances and driving strategic decision-making.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Contribute to the senior leadership team, fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and open communication.
Qualifications and Skills

We seek a highly skilled and experienced professional with:

  • A proven track record in financial leadership roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Excel, Powerpoint) and experience with similar tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
  • A recognized accounting qualification and experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
