Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Development Lead to join our team in the East Midlands region. In this role, you will oversee the development of our infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure development, with experience in managing large-scale projects. You will be responsible for developing and implementing project management plans, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring effective project execution.

Your excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to think critically will enable you to navigate complex challenges and drive project success. You will work closely with our operations and engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development of infrastructure projects, prioritizing tasks, and allocating resources effectively.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and commercial departments.
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform project decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to ensure transparency and compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., civil engineering, construction management).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure development, with a focus on project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to analyze complex data, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategic recommendations.
