Inclusive Learning Partner
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual who is dedicated to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for students with special educational needs. Our school has a long-standing commitment to excellence and inclusivity, providing a nurturing environment that promotes the pursuit of excellence in education.

In this role, you will have the chance to work closely with the SENDCo to develop and implement tailored learning plans for students with SEND, ensuring every child receives the support they need to thrive. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to build their teaching career.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Supporting students with additional needs in a one-to-one or group setting.
  2. Collaborating with teachers to ensure a seamless integration of SEND students into mainstream classes.
  3. Developing and implementing strategies to promote academic and personal growth among SEND students.
  4. Working closely with the SENDCo to monitor progress and adjust support plans as needed.

The salary for this role is £90,000 per year, reflecting the level of expertise required and the importance of the position in our school community.
