Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans for students with special educational needs.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons to enhance student understanding and engagement.
  • Assist in the implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) to ensure students receive tailored support.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes socialization and academic growth.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build rapport with students, parents, and educators.
  • Patient and empathetic approach to supporting students with diverse needs.
