Learning and Development Specialist

We are recruiting a highly skilled HLTA to support the learning and development of students in our mainstream secondary school in Newham, East London.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and inclusive school that prioritizes academic achievement and personal growth for all students, including those with SEN.
About the Role:
- Immediate start with ongoing opportunities throughout the year
- Support the learning and development of students, including those with SEN
- Provide one-to-one and small group support across various subjects
- Assist in the delivery of tailored lessons and learning strategies for SEN students
- Help implement individualised support plans in collaboration with the SENCo and teaching staff
- Promote an inclusive environment, encouraging all students to engage and achieve their potential
- Supervise students during lessons, breaks, and extracurricular activities
- Collaborate with teachers to monitor and assess student progress
The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
