About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Year 4 teacher to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to teach a creative and academic curriculum in a school that places a strong emphasis on both academic achievement and exceptional pastoral care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach an engaging and academic Year 4 curriculum in a supportive and nurturing environment
  • Lead the development of creative topic-based lessons fostering both academic and personal growth in Year 4
  • Provide high-quality learning experiences for Year 4 children promoting confidence and curiosity
  • Support the wellbeing and development of Year 4 pupils ensuring that they are well-prepared for their future learning
  • Collaborate with staff members to deliver outstanding practice within the Year 4 classroom
  • Contribute to the wider school community participating in extracurricular activities and school events
About the School:

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

We are looking for a qualified teacher with a strong academic record and experience within a Year 4 teaching environment. You will need to be able to effectively communicate with both children and parents.
