We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Motor Vehicle Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum

Bonus: Ongoing bonus structure based on individual and team performance

Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Negotiate prices and buy cars to meet sales targets.
  • Work closely with the back office and sales team to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of cars and their features to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements:
  • A current full UK manual driving license.
  • Experience of working in a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
