Support Worker - Full Time and Part Time roles available

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Support Worker. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with varying levels of verbal communication, autism, and epilepsy in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support with medication administration, personal care, household tasks, leisure pursuits, social inclusion, and emotional support.
  • Work 1:1 with individuals on a 24-hour rota, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals.

  • A minimum of 28-days paid holiday a year, including bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time staff).
