About the Role

Capability Scotland is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Fife. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex disabilities to live independently in our residential settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized support to individuals with complex disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, medication management, and mobility support.
  • Encourage and facilitate participation in activities and hobbies, promoting social inclusion and community engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to ensure seamless support and care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized support plans, ensuring the unique needs and goals of each individual are met.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £24,401.52 FTE / £12.00 per hour.
  • A nightshift premium rate of £12.60 per hour.
