Job Title: Support Worker

Capability Scotland is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Dunfermline. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex disabilities to live independently in our residential settings.

About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care, assistance with daily living tasks, and supporting individuals to participate in their chosen activities. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored support to enable them to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Support individuals to participate in their chosen activities, such as community-based activities, hobbies, and interests
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored support to enable them to achieve their goals
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for our customers
What We Offer:

As a Support Worker with Capability Scotland, you will benefit from:

  • A competitive salary of £22,637.00 per annum, or £12.06 per hour (dependent on qualifications)
