We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team at I C Talent Ltd. This role involves working with students who require additional support in a school setting, specifically those with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Specific Learning Disability (SLD), and medical needs.

The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the classroom teacher, supporting the teacher and engaging with children in small groups. We are looking for an individual with a child-centered approach, experience working with children with special educational needs, and the ability to tailor their approach to meet the needs of each child.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing individualized support to students with ASC, SLD, and medical needs
  • Working collaboratively with the classroom teacher to develop and implement individual education plans
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and behavior

The ideal candidate will possess NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualifications, with at least six months' experience working in UK schools. They will also have a consistent approach to managing challenging behavior and be able to communicate effectively with children, teachers, and parents.
