Commercial Broker Position Overview

Bennett and Game Recruitment is seeking a skilled Commercial Broker to join their team in Oxfordshire. As a Commercial Broker, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective commercial clients, providing expert advice and guidance on risk management and insurance solutions, and assessing clients' business operations to identify potential risks and recommend appropriate insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective commercial clients
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on risk management and insurance solutions
  • Assess clients' business operations to identify potential risks and recommend appropriate insurance products
  • Conduct regular reviews of clients' insurance needs and coverage
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for current clients and business development
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in Commercial Insurance
  • Experience generating and placing new business
  • Excellent technical insurance knowledge
  • Confident dealing with clients on a regular basis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must hold a valid driving license
