Senior Commercial Broker Opportunity

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Broker to join their team in Oxfordshire. As a Senior Commercial Broker, you will be responsible for maintaining strong professional relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to grow the client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the point of contact for an existing book of commercial clients, ranging from large corporate clients to SMEs
  • Maintain a first-class service to all clients, ensuring regulatory requirements are met
  • Support other team members when necessary
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial sector
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the client portfolio
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience working in General Commercial Insurance
  • 3+ years of experience generating and placing new business
  • Experience working within the EEA is ideal, but not essential
  • Previous experience working on commercial insurance risks
  • Excellent technical insurance knowledge
  • Confident dealing with clients' and their board members
  • Must hold a valid driving license
