Job Description

Senior Commercial Insurance Broker Position Overview

Bennett & Game Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Insurance Broker to join their team. As a Senior Commercial Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial clients, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, including large corporate clients and SMEs
  • Provide first-class service to clients, ensuring strong professional relationships
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Support other team members as needed
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial sector
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the client portfolio

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience working in General Commercial Insurance
  • 3+ years of experience generating and placing new business
  • Experience working within the EEA is ideal (not essential)
  • Previous experience working on commercial insurance risks
  • Excellent technical insurance knowledge
  • Confident dealing with clients and their board members
  • Valid driving license
