About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in digital design, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality creative solutions. You will be responsible for collaborating with our development team to translate designs into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, as well as conducting user research and analysis to enhance overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative strategies to drive business growth and engagement
- Lead the design and development of digital products and experiences, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and usability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and innovation across platforms
- Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and improve user experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design patterns to continually improve our digital products
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in digital design, with a strong background in branding and brand campaigns
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma
- Agency experience and a strong understanding of interaction design principles and best practices
- A solid portfolio showcasing knowledge in visual design, UX/UI, and digital projects
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
