The ideal candidate will have a background working within a creative event agency environment, with experience in leading on big picture creative strategy and concept development. They will also have a proven track record of managing a team of creatives, including resource planning and team development.
Key Responsibilities- Drive creative strategy and direction for specific project work
- Oversee quality control through project implementation in relation to creative output
- Collaborate closely with internal project delivery, account management, and production teams
- Take the lead on pitch delivery
- Work with clients throughout the lifecycle of a project
- Attend events onsite to ensure effective implementation of creative solutions
- Lead a team of creatives, including development, KPI setting, and individual growth plans
- Allocate resource within the team and upscale with freelancers where required
- Support the Executive Creative Director on the creative direction of the business
This is a senior-level role that offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and creative team. The successful candidate will have the chance to work on a broad portfolio of clients and projects, and will be responsible for leading the creative team to deliver innovative solutions.
