Senior Creative Services Director

Live Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced Senior Creative Services Director to join our client, a boutique event design agency. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the internal creative department and drive innovative solutions for high-profile clients and sponsors within the sporting sector.

The Role

This senior role will require leadership of the creative team, creative project direction, and implementation across a broad portfolio of clients and projects. Responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and driving creative strategy and direction for specific project work
  2. Overseeing quality control through project implementation in relation to creative output
  3. Collaborating closely with internal project delivery, account management, and production teams
  4. Leading pitch delivery and working with clients throughout the lifecycle of a project
  5. Attending events onsite to ensure effective implementation of creative solutions
  6. Leading a team of creatives, including development, KPI setting, and individual growth plans
  7. Allocating resource within the team and upscaling with freelancers where required
  8. Supporting the Executive Creative Director on the creative direction of the business

The Ideal Candidate

Candidates must have a background working within a creative event agency environment. The ideal candidate will have been involved in both B2B and B2C event projects, with solid experience of leading on big-picture creative strategy and concept development. Existing experience in managing a team of creatives, including resource planning and team development, is essential. Any knowledge of motorsport events would be beneficial but is not a prerequisite.
