Citrus Elite Recruitment are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Manager to oversee care services for one of their fantastic Home Care clients in the Addlestone area. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating care provision, ensuring the highest standards of care are met.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care or a degree in a relevant field, with proven experience in a similar role within the Home Care sector. A strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in domiciliary care is also essential.

  2. Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual clients, ensuring the highest standards of care.
  3. Monitor care services to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
  4. Foster effective communication and collaboration within the team to ensure seamless care provision.
Requirements:
  1. Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care or a degree in a relevant field.
  2. Proven experience in a similar role within the Home Care sector.
  3. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in domiciliary care.
