Care Manager

As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents. This role involves supervising a team of dedicated Care Assistants and working closely with the Deputy General Manager to ensure seamless delivery of person-centred care.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and mentoring a team of Care Assistants
- Supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, and care plans
- Ensuring that all residents receive individualised care and support
We are looking for an experienced and compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support. If you have a background in health and social care and are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of others, we would love to hear from you.
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
