Job Description


We are seeking an experienced Team Manager to join our dynamic leadership team. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Social Workers, managing day-to-day operational duties, and ensuring continued high-quality work and consistent outcomes for children and young people.


The successful candidate will have a recognized social work qualification, excellent practice standards, and a commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for children and families. They will also have supervisory experience and the ability to deliver excellent practice within the legal framework.


Responsibilities



  • Lead a team of Social Workers, managing day-to-day operational duties
  • Ensure continued high-quality work and consistent outcomes for children and young people
  • Provide guidance and advice on strategy, policy, and future service direction
  • Translate strategy and policy into actionable service delivery plans
  • Support Service Managers within practice development


About You

Salary Information


The salary for this role is estimated to be between £53,109 - £56,151 per annum, plus a market supplement of £4,700 per annum, making a total estimated salary of £57,809 - £60,851 per annum.
