**Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure compliance with statutory and organisational policies through regular audits and reviews.
  • Facilitate Ofsted inspections and regulatory reports to maintain our commitment to quality standards.
**Salary and Benefits Package:**

This exceptional role offers a competitive annual salary of £53,000-£58,000, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:

**Essential Qualifications and Experience:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A QCF Level 3/4 in Children and Young People (CYP) or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of one year of managerial experience within a children's residential service.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of attachment theory and quality standards.
  • Experience with Ofsted inspections and regulatory reporting.
  • A full UK driving licence to facilitate travel between locations.
  • Level 5 or a willingness to undertake QCF Level 5 in leadership and management.
  • Previous Ofsted inspections rated Good or Outstanding, demonstrating a track record of excellence.
