- On-call support as needed to ensure round-the-clock care services.

- A bonus structure for achieving Good or Outstanding ratings during Ofsted inspections.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A QCF Level 3/4 in Children and Young People (CYP) or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of one year of managerial experience within a children's residential service.
- Comprehensive knowledge of attachment theory and quality standards.
- Experience with Ofsted inspections and regulatory reporting.
- A full UK driving licence to facilitate travel between locations.
- Level 5 or a willingness to undertake QCF Level 5 in leadership and management.
- Previous Ofsted inspections rated Good or Outstanding, demonstrating a track record of excellence.
