About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Registered Manager and lead our adult care provision in the domiciliary sector. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of care services, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, managing staff and resources effectively, and developing comprehensive care plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of support workers in delivering high-quality care services to adults in their own homes
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and policies
  • Manage staff rotas and develop effective workforce planning strategies
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet individual needs
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in healthcare - level 5 highly desirable or be working towards it
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A strong character and ability to build relationships with colleagues, families, and service users
  • Experience working closely with senior management to develop growth plans for the service
  • Experience as a manager or deputy manager in a similar role
Salary and Benefits
  • A competitive salary range of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience
