Job Description:
The Sanctuary Personnel Ltd team is looking for an experienced Social Worker to fill the role of Adult Care Coordinator within the City Adult Locality Team in Herefordshire. This position involves prioritizing tasks, representing the Community Wellbeing Directorate, and supervising allocated officers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and minimize risk
  • Represent the Community Wellbeing Directorate in all aspects of the job
  • Supervise and mentor Assessment and Enablement Officers to optimize their performance
  • Develop and maintain effective legal and financial arrangements for client services
  • Regularly review client systems to ensure they are operating efficiently and accurately
  • Comply with established procedures for data collection and recording to maintain quality standards
  • Evaluate and implement council equal opportunities policies to promote diversity and inclusion
  • Participate in day duty and safeguarding duty as required
  • Collaborate with nursing reviewing officers to assess health services provision


Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including comprehensive training and opportunities for career growth and development within our organization.
