Logistics Support Role

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Support professional to join our team at Si Recruitment. As a Logistics Support specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics functions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with the Logistics Coordinator to schedule and process deliveries nationally and internationally, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.

* Communicate effectively with internal departments, including Commercial, Operations, and Production, to support departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide data for KPI reports.

* Prepare relevant transport documentation, including commercial invoices and packing lists, for the export of goods, while also arranging shipment of dangerous goods and ensuring timely provision of necessary documentation.

* Support the Logistics Coordinator in identifying solutions and contingency plans for delivery issues, tracking order patterns, and highlighting any variances.

**Requirements:**

* Excellent written and oral communication skills.

* Meticulous attention to detail and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

* Ability to liaise with internal and external customers/suppliers.

* Strong team player with the ability to prioritize work and support colleagues as needed.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience using internal database systems.

**Work Schedule:**

This role is a 30-hour work week, Monday to Friday, 10:30am to 5:00pm, with a 30-minute break.
