About the Role

We are seeking an Industry Development Admin Assistant to join our dynamic Industry Development team at the Fashion Retail Academy.

The successful candidate will collaborate with Industry Development Admin Assistants, Officers, and Coordinators to ensure that all eligible students receive enriching experiences, including industry experiences, talks, masterclasses, projects, mentor programs, and placements.

About You

  • You must have a minimum Grade C/4 in English & Maths GCSE (or equivalent).
  • Experience working in a customer-focused environment and in an administrative role is essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), are required.
  • You will be able to prioritise workload, meet deadlines, and handle a wide range of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills are necessary.
  • You will be solution-focused with a proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality service delivery and excellent customer service is expected.
  • You will be a collaborative team player and passionate about education.
