Role Overview

Clinical Professionals Limited is seeking a seasoned Medical Communications Project Lead to oversee medical education projects in Central London / West End, focusing on deliverables such as webinars, meetings, events, and infographics. The ideal candidate will possess leadership skills and experience in managing client-facing projects.

About the Role

This is a permanent position with negotiable salary in the range of £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a key member of our Scientific team, you will work closely with the Project Director to ensure projects meet client standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading multiple medical communications projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines;
  • Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Events departments;
  • Conducting speaker briefings, approving marketing materials, and ensuring project deliverables are aligned with client objectives;
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of the ABPI code of conduct and its application within the role;
  • Familiarity with Veeva Promo Mats or similar approval systems;

Requirements

We require a highly experienced Account/Project Manager, preferably from a medical communications agency background, with a proven track record of successfully leading projects. Essential skills include:

  • Experience in managing a variety of medical education deliverables, including webinars, meetings, events, and infographics;
  • Strong client-facing skills and ability to build effective relationships;
  • A solid understanding of the ABPI code of conduct and its practical application;
  • Familiarity with Veeva Promo Mats or similar approval systems;
