Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Lead - Medical Communications to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading medical communication projects from start to finish, collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional results, and providing thought leadership and expertise in medical communications to clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead medical communication projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and evaluation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional results, including scientific, creative, and account management teams
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise in medical communications to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve client outcomes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, marketing)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in medical communications or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, internal teams, and external partners
  • Strong understanding of pharma product direction and HCP learning needs
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
