Job Description

We are seeking an Operations Engineer to join the ICR team in a location supporting project and operations management for the safe and profitable delivery of services.

This role reports to the Operations Manager and involves technical and operational support, including quote compilation, HSEQ audits, and workshop activities.

  • Provide technical and operational support for quotes, proposals, and tenders.
  • Support HSEQ audits and improvement plans, site visits, and NCR actioning.
  • Ensure workshop activities meet company standards and equipment is mobilised on time.
  • Manage ad-hoc projects and support other business lines.
  • Prepare workpacks, including implementation procedures and engineering drawings.
  • Liaise with the Engineering team and onsite technicians.
  • Manage scope variations and monitor project costs.
  • Compile and issue final reports and ensure timely invoicing.
  • Support Sales personnel with client management.
  • Maintain and improve technical procedures and work instructions.

  • You have knowledge of UK Oil and Gas maintenance practices and standards.
  • You have experience in the Oil & Gas industry and HSEQ requirements.
  • You possess problem-solving skills and can work to tight deadlines.
  • You can manage multiple work scopes and interact with stakeholders.
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • You have organisational and report writing skills.
  • You have a collaborative approach and self-management skills.
